Returns & Exchanges

At Ballast & Bone, every item is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you. Because we do not maintain a standing inventory, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or was damaged during transit, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@ballastandbone.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Sizing & Change of Heart: Because each product is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or a change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page—please review them carefully before placing your order to ensure the right fit.
